Blood Orange Dark ‘N’ Stormy

This unique blend of rum and ginger is ideal for cooling off on a summer day or cozying up on a chilly winter night.

Ingredients:

2 oz. All Access Rum

1/2 oz. Lime Juice

2 oz. Fever-Tree Blood Orange Ginger Beer

Add the rum, and lime juice to shaker and shake without ice. Pour into a frozen highball glass filled with ice. Fill with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel and a piece of candied ginger on a cocktail pick.

 

Classic West Indian Punch

Experience the vibrant essence of the Caribbean with classic West Indian punch—a refreshing blend of tropical fruits, spices, and a touch of rum that transports your taste buds to sun-soaked shores.

Ingredients:

6 cups of brewed and cooled tea

4 cups of All Access Rum

2 cups of fresh-squeezed lime juice

Mix ingredients in a 1 gallon punch bowl. Add a large block of ice and let chill. Serve with a dusting of grated nutmeg.

 

Hot Punch Toddy

Warm up your evenings with Hot Punch Toddy—a delicious blend of spiced spirits, herbal notes, and citrus zest that soothes the soul and ignites the senses. Perfect for cozy gatherings or a solo night in by the fire.

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons All Access Rum

1 table spoon Honey

1 Lemon wedge

1/2 cup Hot Water or tea

Mix rum and honey together in the serving glass. Add hot water and squeeze in lemon wedge. Garnish with cloves, cinnamon stick, and/or star anise.

 

Rum Old-Fashion

Small changes to a classic can refresh ideas and encourage new discoveries.

Ingredients:

Thumb-sized orange peel (no pith)

1 sugar cube

2 oz. All Access Rum

3-4 dashes of orange bitters

1 Maraschino cherry

Lightly muddle orange peel with sugar cube and tablespoon of water in a rocks glass. Add rum and bitters. Stir until sugar is completly dissolved. Add a large ice cube or two and stir again briefly. Garnish with maraschino cherry.

Candied Ginger and Pear Smash

Where the zesty warmth of ginger dances gracefully with the sweet, juicy essence of ripe pears for a truly exquisite sipping experience.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup carbonated Water

2 oz All Access

1/2 lemon juice

2 oz pear juice

splash of ginger ale

crystallized ginger to garnish

Mix water, and honey until completely dissolved. Combine with rum, pear juice, and lemon in cocktail shaker with ice. Vigorously shake until chilled. Pour over ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a few pieces of crystallized ginger on a skewer.
